How does the encrypted vault work?

Your stack is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before anything reaches our servers. We store ciphertext only — not your password, Recovery Key, or plaintext ledger. You control the Recovery Key for password reset.

Can I import my stack from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Bulk CSV and Excel import includes column mapping, saved presets, and templates for bullion and numismatic ledgers. Partial rows and fineness text are supported.

Does StaxQ track bullion and numismatic coins separately?

Yes. Bullion uses melt floor and spot-based valuation; numismatic uses collector estimates on Pro (spot on Core). Combined net worth keeps both ledgers separate — never one blended column.

Pro adds vault photos, receipt attachments, Portfolio Over Time, macro spot history, sales and disposal export workbooks, price alerts, eBay market reference lookup, and full vault backup.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Delete account from Settings permanently purges your profile, encrypted holdings, and feedback attachments. See Help for the step-by-step.
